My current plan was to get a Netgear Nighthawk CM1100 modem and Netgear Nighthawk Pro Gaming XR500. I am looking to spend less than $300 USD. But again any serious gaming should be done on ethernet it's in the walls, prewired to every bedroom. I'm also gonna have roommates/tenants who will likely play videogames too. I'm a big gamer playing ping sensitive competitive games like League of Legends, CSGO, and Valorant.
